I hadn't been to the dentist in AWHILE and I was fully prepared for some lectures and shaming, but instead the entire staff was kind and understanding. All work performed was professional and compassionate, I was given a complete understanding of what was happening and how much it would cost.

It was so nice to be greeted by smiling and friendly staff - great service and communication from each and everyone - very welcoming. The cleaning and exam was painless as the dentist and hygienist listened to my concerns about sensitivity. I was treated with respect and received exceptional care and service.

The office was nice and the doctor was nice as well...
I was in need of two root canals and I was told that they do not do that proceedure in her office and was referred to an oral surgion that charges a huge amount for a consultation.
I have not heard of a dentist that does not do root canals in house.
The office visit was a waist money because I do not have insurance and I cannot afford nor do I think it was neccessary for an oral surgion .
I wish I could have been made aware that they only do minor fillings and cleaning there - especially since I told them in my notes and making the appointment that I would need crowns.
This appoinment was a waist of my money...

Dr. Brown and her entire team were super friendly and empowering. I have never had such great advice about how to reverse / repair the existing "on the verge" areas where my teeth had started to show signs of cavities. It was really helpful to talk through different strategies for stopping and reversing the problems -- she was very patient and a great communicator. Highly recommend!
