Everyone at the office is kind and welcoming. Dr. Jay and team are also very knowledgeable and I feel that they care about my health and wellness.
I showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment time but was never seen because the provider did not update their zocdoc appointment times and apparently they had a new patient 30 minutes after me and because of that they also could not see me. They offered other availability for the same day but I was not available. Needless to say, this was a disappointing experience.
