Higher Standard Primary Care & Wellness PLLC is a Utah-based, self-pay (cash-pay) telehealth primary care practice offering HIPAA-compliant video visits to patients anywhere in Utah. Care is provided by board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners who take the time to listen, build relationships, and create practical, personalized treatment plans. Services include preventive and acute care, chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), mental health support (anxiety/depression), women’s health (PCOS, birth control), plus weight management and hormone management.
Hours: Mon–Fri 4:30–7:30 PM MT; Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MT.
Transparent Self-Pay Pricing (per website):
• New Patient Consultation (45 min): $125
• Follow-up Visit (20 min): $75
• Acute Care Visit (20 min): $65
• Weight Management Program: $150/month (includes initial consult + monthly follow-up)
• Hormone Management Program: $150/month (includes initial consult + monthly follow-up)
No insurance is accepted at this time. Superbills available for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at scheduling; late cancellations/no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

Davis was friendly, to the point, patient with myself and my daughter (I had my toddler in the room with me), most importantly she didn't scoff when I expressed my feeble attempt to self diagnose with Dr Google :) . If my primary physician decided not to come back after her maternity leave was up I would 100% consider switching.

Listening is key in the medical field. If a family member has to speak on behalf the patient please listen, this can help the patient and put help out pieces to the puzzle. Felt very rushed, husband didn’t feel cared for, felt more like business.

NP Kailey Davis was warm and friendly, quick, and efficient. Hughly recommend. Thai was my first visit so there were some forms to fill out. These looked somewhat outdated, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found they had an online portal. I came in for my annual exam and they seemed to be confused about that, but it all got worked out. I do appreciate that they let me know that if there were any concerns brought up, that it would trigger a different type of (diagnostic) visit (which is an insurance issue).
