If you’re interested in a very transactional medical office, this is the one for you. Easy to schedule but fully embracing the nickel and diming of the industry. If you have questions about your health, your annual covered appointment is not the place to ask them. Separate appointments, and their corresponding fees are assessed for each question you ask. St one point, you were greeted with posters letting you know that well visits are for the doctor to ask you questions and not the other way around. They may not bill you for the added questions you ask for several months. For example, billed at the end of December for a a “additional” question asked at an appointment the previous April. This is the dystopian medical system that is America, and this office is embracing it at the highest level. Good luck.

I can't recommend this office and my new PA enough!! I was still filling out my paperwork when my name was called. This speaks to how efficiently the office is run. During my appointment, I was impressed and grateful that on my very first visit, I was able to get all of my prescriptions refilled and tests ordered. My PA was kind and thorough, and she listened attentively. She never made me feel rushed, but took the time to discuss all of my many concerns. I was very impressed from start to finish!! My husband and I left praising God for finding a new PCP on my first visit that we both absolutely loved!!

After not so great experiences, I went into this appointment with high expectations knowing what I *didnt* want to experience again.
I first arrived far too early by my own mistake, and the front desk immediately went to see if it was possible to squeeze me in without me asking for any accommodations. Since that wasn’t possible, they also offered any other earlier times before my appointment.
With the severity of my concerns, the PA was very sensitive, patient, and educational. I did not feel judgement or shame for my own delays to get these concerns addressed.
Joyce Garrison PA-C responded with kindness and reassurance that we had a game plan in mind for my assessments to determine the right treatment plan. She also worked to try ensure my insurance covered the diagnostics, as well as being respectful of my time and limited financial resources.
