Dr.Rainford took her time, she was not rushing(I found this very comforting being most doctors are in and out before you can blink an eye) She is very knowledgeable and will do her best the answer all your concerns.

Dr. Rainford was super friendly and thorough, however I felt like afterwards I got results back from her nurse and when I had questions they weren't properly addressed or followed up with. I got a lot of general I'll check with the doctor and get back to you, but there was never any follow up. I also don't like her hours, they are not very convenient for anyone who has a job since she sees patients a few times a week for 2.5 hours, not helpful with early or late appointments. She is also very quick to send referrals and order a bunch of tests with the smallest of abnormalities, I'm all for being proactive, but I just feel like it was almost pushing me away from seeing her and being managed by all these other specialists.

Dr Rainford was wonderful. I came in as a new patient for a minor sick visit and when she checked me out, she found out other problems that i didn't even know i have. I'd seen other internist and yet they never said anything about it. As a healthcare provider myself, i can recognize a good doctor when i see one. Definitely keeping her as my PCP

I've been looking for a doctor like Dr. Rainford since our family medicine doctor relocated to another state. I have been through several doctors but after my visit with Dr. Rainford it has been all worth it.
Dr. Rainford is very professional and yet creates a very relax atmosphere that you can open up and be yourself. My first visit, I felt I had known her for a while.
Now, she is going to examine you from head to toe………. she leaves no stones unturned all at the same time educating and instructing you how to maintain your health in between visits.
She took her time to explain and to ask questions and yet there was not a long wait. Education/experience is very important when seeking for a health care provider but when you have genuine care and compassion you have the total package.
Dr. Rainford…..I’m going to tell everyone I know about you and your awesome medical assistant Carla.
You guys took excellent care of me and I appreciate you, your gifts and time.

Dr. Rainford's bedside manner is great. She is courteous and spent time with me discussing my medical problems. Carla, her RN, is also very punctual in calling for change in appointments and other pertinent information. The waiting time at the clinic is short.

I really liked the way Dr. Rainford asked questions to get to the heart of the issue rather than toss some antibiotics at me and send me out the door (which has happened to me numerous times). I look forward to getting on the road to health with Dr. Rainford.
