The office is not at all rollator/walker friendly. Staff had to scurry to move boxes so my mother could use her rollator to get into the cramped bathroom, the small office and tiny exam room. This made for a difficult visit for my mother who is 95. There was no room to navigate at all in the waiting area and the three steep outside steps were also difficult especially getting from the steps into the waiting area and out again.

Dr Russell is INCREDIBLE! For an appointment I always dread every year, she makes me want to go back. She has unbelievable bedside manner — so funny, understanding, receptive, caring, and nice. And I’m unashamed to say that was the best annual I’ve ever had from any gynecologist. The procedure was so fast, efficient, and relatively painless for all parts of the exam. I was in disbelief when she said she was finished because it was so seamless and easy! I have never been so impressed. Needless to say, Dr Russell is THE best OBGYN and I refuse to look elsewhere for the care I need. Genuinely don’t look elsewhere, she is IT!
