The office is not at all rollator/walker friendly. Staff had to scurry to move boxes so my mother could use her rollator to get into the cramped bathroom, the small office and tiny exam room. This made for a difficult visit for my mother who is 95. There was no room to navigate at all in the waiting area and the three steep outside steps were also difficult especially getting from the steps into the waiting area and out again.

Dr. Hirsch is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. Not exaggerating. She consults with me in her office every time I see her and she is incredibly thorough. I have a lot of health issues and she’s great at looking at the whole picture. I trust her immensely.

Dr creates chaotic experience. First words upon meeting “I feel like a chicken….” Had no fewer than three patients being juggled at the same time. Two in exam rooms and me waiting in a consult room. All I can describe it is chaos. To hear a doctor say she had to turn around 3 times to remember what she is supposed to be doing does not inspire. I had been a patient of this doctors partner for over 12 years. She retired. Never again will I go to this office!

Dr Hirsh has a friendly and human approach to her profession and she put me right at ease! She listened to my concerns and she gave multiple options. I also appreciated that she told me about some treatment being very expensive and gave me alternative solutions. She didn’t rush through her visit, and went deep into my health history. I got her name through a friend but had totally forgot because of the pandemic to book an apointment, i’m glad i did!!!!

Dr. Hirsch is AMAZING!! She is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel heard. She even took the time to talk with me on the phone about a diagnosis from another doctor. She is incredibly knowledgable and warm. I originally only went to her because I had a medical emergency and needed to see a Dr quickly. I wasn't planning on going back to her because she is not covered by my insurance , but after meeting with her I decided her kindness and care was well worth it and I have continued seeing her. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Hirsch and I tell all of my friends to go to her.

It is so refreshing to find a Doctor who really cares about her patients' health and well-being! She carefully listened to my concerns and was empathetic and offered possible solutions to alleviate my symptoms due to menopause. I opted to try the laser rejuvenation treatment which is done in her medical office. The results -- very, very impressive. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. I found the treatment itself to be very tolerable and the discomfort minimal. Dr. Hirsch made me feel at ease the whole time during the procedure and her attention in treating me was impeccable. I recommend her highly and believe she has smarts, the skills and the compassion to provide the best care to women of all ages.
