Happiness is very difficult to define, but it is essentially that state of mind where we can find satisfaction with our lives and enjoy peace with ourselves. What feeling in this world is truly more important than being able to find confidence and respect in yourself by being able to comfortably smile at the world surrounding you? In our office we all believe that nice and harmonious teeth can transform individuals attitude toward life and therefore create a new path toward happiness.

Provider is listed as in network. I showed up not really sure who was doing what. when it came to discussing the numbers, I realized I was being quoted extremely high. I asked how much does the insurance cover and I was told 50%. I challenged that and let them know my insurance covers 80%. She then stated my insurance was out of network. I was then told my insurance is accepted at their La brea location which didnt make sense. i let them know I would try that location and was to recieve a call to schedule appointment. never got a call. I think patients should check with their insurance before coming here. It felt like it was done on purpose. I wasted my time.

After going through Co-vid precautions, full X-rays were taken, there was a brief examination by the dentist and then the hygienist cleaned my teeth painlessly. She was chatty and friendly so the hour passed quickly.

Despite claiming they take MetLife, they are apparently out of network. They had me pay cash for my appt saying insurance wouldnt cover the services only to also bill my insurance as well. Went there only because it was an emergency, but definitely would not recommend them or give them any further business.

I'm excited to go back to this dentist. Although it was a quick evaluation, he described what he saw with metaphors which made it so much easier to understand (instead of using the technical terms as most dentists do). I do have to mention that the waiting time is a bit unfair because I booked via ZocDoc and there was a disconnect where ZocDoc didn't inform the office (it happened to someone else as well). Even with this hiccup, they saw me as soon as they were able to which I'm truly grateful for! They also apologized for the wait time which makes me think that they're pretty punctual when it comes to appointments.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sooferi for two years now and recommend him and the entire team of this practice without reservations. They are always caring, professional and friendly. They helped me make a financial plan and worked with me to get the most out of my insurance plan, as I had quite a few ‘projects’ to catch up with when I first saw them. The results are great and lasting and I know I can trust them to only have my health and best interests in mind. Most pleasant dentist visits in a long time.
