I went in on a weekday morning to see whether I had an ear-infection. The staff (front desk, nurses) were polite and quick. Once I met the doctor however, the doctor exuded an attitude of annoyance, as if I were inconveniencing her. She left me for a few minutes. There were people going in and out of the room that I was sitting in - the usual procedure of filling out forms, etc. About five minutes later, the doctor came back in the room with some random man of whom she did not bother to introduce. I just thought, "Who is this guy, an intern? Why is he here looking at me in this room?" It was a very uncomfortable experience to say the least. Then, she asked if I wanted a flu shot and I asked if it's covered by my insurance - she said it was, and that it'd be free (hold onto this thought). Later, she said that I don't have any ear infection. I went out to the front and the front desk specialist had me fill out a review of my visit (for ZocDoc) and before I even put my pen to paper, it had 5 stars pre-checked, and I was merely signing my name to this. This is shady practice. Then, I asked about copay and front desk made it seem like everything was covered. A few weeks later, I got a bill. All in all, a terrible experience; if you want a professional doctor and practice, don't see go here. You'll be thankful that you didn't.

Horrible! The wait was over two hours which after that I left! As I was waiting the lights kept going off. The office is a MESS!!!!

I asked ZOCDOC for an allergist. Dr.Ali turned out not to be one.She did order blood test the results of which can be forwarded to an allergist when I find one.
