She treated me so poorly because I had been prescribed clonazepam for horrible anxiety after my dad and nephew died and basically messaged me to find a different doctor after 3 appointments because I requested a refill of the clonazepam (on time) and that in 4 weeks I couldn’t just be off them. She was extremely rude and uncaring and felt extremely judgmental. I would never recommend someone so cold to anyone else.

Dr Hall is the best mental health doctor you will find. She is genuine and caring for her patients. She is also very insightful when it comes to medication management. She is a great listener and gives great feedback. Very down to earth doctor I highly recommend her for anyone looking to improve their mental health.

This office did not honor the appointment made on ZocDoc. After I explained in voicemail that phone call was not an effective form of communication to reach me, the doctors staff continued to call me to tell me the appt I made on ZocDoc wouldn’t be honored. When I was finally able to schedule a different appointment time online using the doctors website, two weeks later I received an email saying they were unable to accept new patients and they removed my appointment from my patient portal. I have no idea if this doctor is effective, she may be, but the organization and communication of the office is pretty unprofessional as far as I can tell, and not very sensitive to the communication needs of their patients. I don’t think a doctor should make themselves available for scheduling on ZocDoc if they aren’t going to honor the appointment. The primary reason I use this service is because appointments give me anxiety and this service is supposed to alleviate that stress.

Dr. Hall was one of the best providers I have ever met! Truly, her empathy and bedside manner made the medication management appt a pleasurable one! She felt for me and my position, she talked with me a bit about what was going on in my life, and we trusted each other right off the bat. She is a great judge of character, and was very warm, despite the crazy time I am going thru in my life, I was smiling and laughing for most the appt lol.
To sum it up: I felt seen, I got what I needed, I highly recommend her!

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Ioana Hall, and I can confidently say I’ve never had a better appointment with a medical professional. Ioana was so engaging and really listened to what I was saying which I haven’t always gotten from other providers. She asked a lot of good questions to really get down to the root cause of the health concerns I brought up and gave me options on how we could tackle those and we created a plan together. 10/10 would recommend!

Exceeded all expectations I had for a psychiatric provider. Typically I expect the bare minimum interaction needed to write a Rx, but Ioana went far beyond. I left the appointment feeling validated and acknowledged. I did not used to look forward to psychiatric appointments, and that has changed. I am excited for my future treatment with this provider!
