He's well rounded practitioner that parots what you. So understand that your visits may range from 30 to 70 minutes based on his discretion. Not to say his point of view is the right point of view but at the same time. He's going to feed off of you so he's going to think that how you talk to him is how you talk to whoever you have an issue with which is not the case always. So be mindful how you express yourself because he could be having a bad day as well.

Felt very comfortable, understood and talked me through my concerns. Same day appointment and was able to FaceTime for my appointment which was very convenient with two kids and a full time job.

I only booked with him because I was having an adverse reaction to medication and couldn't get ahold of my regular psychiatrist, but he honestly made me consider switching doctors. Very kind, seemed to really think through what I was saying, and highlighted that the diagnosis I'm currently being treated for may actually be the wrong diagnosis. After looking into it more on my own, he might be right. I was very impressed.

I set up a same day appointment and never received an email or text with instructions on how to join the virtual appointment. When I called in to get those, they never returned my call with details about the appointment. The time scheduled went past and about 2 hours after the appointment they texted to reschedule but I already had gone with a different provider. I'm sure the np is very nice but the office system and zoc doc don't work and the office doesn't get back in time.
