It maybe a fluke but I sat there for 20 minutes before I gave up and just found a local doctor. As I’m dealing with anxiety… it wasn’t the best experience ??
After I exited the portal I went to their chat feature to make sure I wasn’t billed since I wasn’t seen and their response time is 3 days ??????

Plenty of miscommunication after the appointment was ended. Wrong medication sent then told me they do not prescribe the medication on their platform

Unclear about what can be offered at appointment and does not have any empathy to actual help patients especially patients new to a state seeking care. Would not recommend. The nurse also called herself an MD which she is not.
