I booked a specific doctor, but she wasn't even scheduled to be in that day. They were just going to give me the dentist that didn't happen to have an appointment at that time. I declined and had to return the next day to see the provider I had chosen on Zocdoc. Inconvenient, I'm handicapped. She seemed very nice when I met her the second day.
