As always Dr. Valerio listens to how my body handles medicine, gives me her thoughts, and then works with me to collaborate a plan.

I have medi-cal and I got my prescription yesterday, it went through, however they won't let me pick it up due to insurance not approving the medication. I was planning on just paying for it myself but apparently I can't pay for it at all, at least not until the Dr files the prescription again and it is:(and will be deniedm so I need to. Hey in contact with my Dr so I can discuss this with them because otherwise I will be going to 3 days of no meds because of this bureaucratic run around. So I need to speak with my dr (PSYCHIATRIST) A.S.A.P

Dr. Valerio is one of the good ones. She is easy to talk to, caring, relatable, very thorough, and is quick to get back to you. I wish more providers were like her.
