She’s an expert with what she do. I felt real difference only after my first appointment. However, the only issue I see is communication. I don’t have clarity about my treatment. I know stage 3 cannot be fixed with rubber banding alone, but only can be controlled but a little clarity in communication would be great. But she is highly recommended! Amazing doctor real expert in her field

I’m a 41-year old male who has ever only been to a Proctologist once before and this doctor was amazing and put me at ease immediately. The was funny, kind, cool, and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend. I even drove from Manhattan to see her and glad I did.

Dr. Seo is a great doctor. I was seen within ten minutes, and that was because I was a new patient filling out paperwork. Dr. Seo was friendly, knowledge and explained my condition to me, including all my questions. I had an procedure done too on thr same day and it helped me. She knows her stuff!

The overall experience with Dr. Ghanta was phenomenal. I just didn't like how the lady at the front desk working that day had so much attitude towards me for no apparent reason. She was nice to the gentleman (white male) after me (Asian male) so I am not sure if her demeanor was driven by that (I, as much as possible, refuse to assume that). I certainly didn't look decrepit either when I showed up to that office for her to have that discriminatory look towards me. I am also a healthcare professional so I know how to deal with people PROFESSIONALLY; obviously she does not. I really did not like that front desk lady—whatever her name is (I should have asked)— and I am itching to report her to HR so badly. She needs some time off or something—she obviously hates her job.
Nevertheless, Dr. Ghanta was so sweet, professional, and amazing. She answered all my questions appropriately and knowledgeably. Will definitely recommend her!
