Called me (not even video chat) 25 minutes late. I booked with her based on what her office offered. She then told me she can not service me, even though her page says she does offer this type of care. She was more worried about telling me she can’t help me than she was about listening to me as a patient. I have never experienced this on Zocdoc. After wasting my entire morning waiting for her and to be denied, I was accepted by another doctor who was kindly able to assist me. He was not affiliated with her or her office at all. Oddly enough, he was able to assist me no problem and he also was confused on why she would deny this care. Wish her the best but definitely not someone I would trust or go to again.

Have had a sprain for several weeks and she was able to guide me where to go for the next steps and also suggested I should go for an ultrasound of it to make sure there are no blood clots which is something I would have never thought of. Would come back to her in a heartbeat
