After having made extremely bad experiences with two other primary care providers in the area, I finally found Home Town Family Healthcare and could not be happier. Both, Fallon, and Katelin, as well as the other staff I’ve met so far are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt that everyone genuinely cared during my annual wellness exam as well as my other visits. I am glad I finally found a primary care provider that I feel I can trust.

What a great experience. Met by a smiling gentleman at the front desk who had all my information ready. The appointment was on time, had a nurse practitioner student present who did a very thorough history interview. Time with Ms. Trammell- Towry was went spent. Their team is great. On this occasion, I appreciated that I could make an appointment, but if I really needed to get in earlier, I could be a "walk-in" and the wait time was minimal. They have a great team and I appreciate the care I was given. I will be going back!

Very pleased! Easy to get to office. Easy parking. Pleasant waiting room. Never had to pick up a pen because they successfully received all forms on Zoc Doc (sometimes I have filled these out online and then an office will tell me they didn't get them). About a 5 minute wait time in the lobby. Quick and efficient yet thorough experience with the student nurse who took down all of my vitals and information. Only about another 5 mins for the Nurse Practitioner Dr. Towry to come in. She was also very nice, very efficient, very thorough. I am excited to have a go-to PCP that I can actually get an appointment with. My husband will be switching over to her practice also. Already booked my next appointment to run yearly labs to check all of my metabolic and health markers. Highly recommend!

I was expceting to be seen by Fallon but instead I was seen by Kaitlyn and man I'm glad I was! She was impeccable with her bedside manner as I discussed rather senstitive things with her that were shameful for me to admit. She also NEVER made me feel rushed, taking the time to answer any and all of my questions, then helping me understand her answers. I'm so grateful that I was able to be seen by such a carign individual- never told me it was all in my head. I never felt stupid or talked down to like I have at a few other doctor offices- 100840483/10 recommend this practice and Kaitlyn in particular. As a side note- Carolina, the front desk administrator...was nothing short of of kind, funny, and helpful. She put me at immediate ease when I walked through the door!
