Really nice Chiropractor. I've been to a couple of them and some give you crazy expensive treatment plans that dont work, but he is straight to the point and realistic. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly. It seems like he has quite a bit of experience because he was able to almost immediately identify some of my issues intuitively that some other chiros were never able to. Overall nice office and very little wait time. He legit schedules people one by one. Designated parking in the back.

I decided to visit Dr. Brokstein after many, many months of living with neck and shoulder pain. My son went to Dr. Brokstein years ago and has been trying to get me to make an appointment for a very long time. I finally gave in and am I glad I finally did. My first impression of Dr. Brokstein was how welcoming he is. He made me feel very comfortable and carefully listened to all my issues. He seemed very confident that he could help me with my neck and shoulder issues. With each visit I could feel my range of motion increasing and my pain decreasing. If I was uncomfortable with any adjustment he was doing he would immediately stop. He never pushed it too far, which I've heard from so many friends about other chiropractors. He always listens to what you need and how you feel. I highly recommend Dr. Brokstein. Don't be stubborn and wait as long as I did to finally make an appointment. I will never regret going to Dr. Brokstein, the only thing I regret is I waited so long!

A refreshing visit to a doctors office. I was seen on time and I like that Dr. Russell does everything one on one. No handing off to other staff or doctors. I've been to other chiropractors and this was the most thorough exam from head to toe. Other chiropractors, the visits would be a minute or two. Dr. Russell takes the time to address my issues and also showed me home stretching. He also has videos on his website in case I forget how to do the stretches. I finally have hope to feeling better and improving my health naturallly

Dr. Brokstein is by far the best chiro I have ever had. We moved from Seattle 3 years ago and I had awesome chiros there. I just had to go for maintenance every 3-4 months there. Once we moved here, I tried a few but all they wanted was to put me on the electrical machine and massage with minimal adjustments. I was never pain free. I met Dr Brokstein and he was better than the Chiropractors I have worked with in Seattle area. His is not a assembly line practice and for the whole duration of your stay its him working on you. Not some trainee massaging. I didnt even know I couldnt move my neck freely both sides or my shoulders. He fixed it in one visit and now I am feeling much more mobile than I have felt in last 3 years. Feel bad I did not find Dr. Brokstein much earlier.

While I was in the state correction academy. I injured my neck during a training exercise. That weekend I called Dr. Brockstein and he immediately took me in. Dr. Brockstein not only adjusted my neck, but also my back. I immediately felt relief I have been to other chiropractors and never had such thorough exam and treatment. He also stretches my legs which has significantly improved my flexibility. I highly recommend Dr. Brockstein to everyone.

After the first couple of sessions I felt the difference in the injured areas.
