Honestly Healing LLC

Honestly Healing is a therapy practice in Dallas & Irving offering confidential, high-touch support for individuals and couples. I work with clients navigating major life transitions (divorce, career change, burnout), relationship strain, and everyday stress — with particular experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals, though my door is open to anyone looking for steady, genuine support. I’m EMDR-certified and licensed in both Texas (LPC-S), Florida (telehealth only) and Colorado (telehealth only), with additional training as an LCDC (licensed chemical dependency counselor). My approach blends EMDR for processing trauma and high-stress experiences with practical, direct talk therapy — I don’t do passive listening-only sessions. I see both individuals and couples, and clients tend to describe my style as warm but straightforward: I’ll challenge you when it’s useful, not just validate. I have particular experience with the pressures that come with leadership and major transitions, but I work with anyone ready to do honest, meaningful work.
