Jessica offers a holistic, inclusive, evidence based approach providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals ages 6 and up across Arizona. She offers in-person psychiatric appointments as well as virtual options! Jessica treats a variety of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and bipolar disorder. She utilizes science backed Creyos cognitive assessments to go beyond symptom checklists. This technology helps us understand how your brain is working — how well you're focusing, remembering, solving problems, or processing information, so that we can create a personalized plan.
Reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming — and it doesn’t have to be. Jessica believes that care should feel personal, approachable, and real. She takes a down-to-earth, compassionate approach where we can have an honest conversation, share a laugh, and work together to find solutions that support your well-being.
