She is an amazing doctor, she cares about her patients well-being and will do what she thinks is necessary to try her best for her patients to be able to live on a daily basis without any issues. She is not just a doctor she is someone who you can talk to about anything with no judgment whether it is related to your visit reason or even my personal life situations. She's always giving me good advice along with several strategies that has helped me through certain situations. I would highly recommend anyone to her. She has a big heart and most doctors really don't want to listen to you they just try to push medication on you and get you out the way. She's very caring, sympathetic and every appointment I've ever had she's always on time or possibly a few minutes early. I've never had a good experience with any other doctor I'm gone to for various reasons like her. She will go above and beyond for her patients even after hours. You don't find many doctors like her!

She pays attention to your concerns & issues as no mental health provider ever calls us back, checks on us even with such a busy schedule she fits me in. She gives constructive criticism. Offer solutions that makes a difference, her bedside manners, communication & problem solving techniques means a lot. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Zocdoc locating her for our family & most of all myself because no medical team calls us to check on me anytime like she does . Thanks for your professionalism & manners. Talking is so easy with her. During crisis it’s truly amazing! We look forwards now to each visit. More than ever. Healing I’m feeling better.

During my appointment I waited almost an hour before the doctor called me to enter the video visit that was supposed to be scheduled earlier than that. But the reason for it being later than I scheduled was because of them having technical problems with the computer system. Other than that she is the best doctor I've had yet.

She asked me to pay cash even though she took insurance. She called me on the phone and we discussed my need for a thyroid medicine refill and I had all the right forms. She was late to the appointment then said she couldn’t fill my prescription because she is a psych provider but she could refer me to a friend if I was willing to pay cash/out of network. She has no business being on ZocDoc - not because she couldn’t fill the prescription but she said she could then asked for out of network. Do not use her. I believe she is unsafe.

I spoke with Dr. Mimi and let her know that I was not doing well at 11 AM. She promised me that I would be able to pick up my medication this evening. (The same day of my appointment.) She never sent my medicine to the pharmacy or responded to my phone calls and or text messages. For a mental health provider, this is disappointing.
