Lots of confusion on their end with my scheduled appointments through Zocdoc. Many typos on the emails sent, no standardized signature. The doctor was always late. And I called multiple times to get my prescription refilled and they never did. My last appointment I had bad reception and they could not do the appointment over the phone. I emailed them to ask for my appointment documents and got no response. Just an overall unprofessional vibe, which I don’t appreciate when I’m trying to get medical care.
