I specialize in treating college students and adults who are in a time of life transition, such as divorce, empty nesters, new job, or just entering adult life. Success means empowering you to make needed changes in your life to bring peace and ultimate wellness.
I practice holistic mental health care and psychiatry that includes body, mind, and spirit. With specialized training in functional medicine as well as traditional psychiatry, I am able to help clients find balance in their treatment.
As a certified trauma-informed coach, I understand that many of us have had adverse experiences that have shaped us. I believe patients are not broken, but rather have unmet needs based on prior life experiences.

***I take several insurances in SC, NC and DE, but I do not take insurance in Florida at this time, nor can I prescribe controlled substances in Florida. However, I can still effectively treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder and other mental health disorders without controlled substances and at an affordable cost.
