Dr. Pilania is a wonderful provider. He takes the time to listen and really understand your concerns, never making you feel rushed. He explains everything clearly and walks you through each step so you always feel comfortable and informed. He’s punctual, attentive, and it’s clear he truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!

Excellent listener, cares about your concerns, takes the time to get to the bottom of what things that are most concerning to you. Very prompt and was very thorough in communicating regarding treatment plan and next steps.

Dr. Pilania is very approachable, and he allowed a safe and nonjudgmental environment for me to express my concerns and frustration about an incorrect diagnosis and erroneous treatment plan from a different provider. The doctor was awesome!! Very understanding!! They called within the hour to confirm my appointment, and when I went to give them my insurance details, they already had it in their system!! Typically, anything to do with doctors is a nightnare for me, but this wasn't the case -- the exact opposite is true. It was an easy process and this doctor is now my go-to pro!!

Excellent experience with Dr. Pendos. I have previously tried to seek therapy and was very discouraged and frustrated with the system and process. I chose Dr. Pendos based off of her reviews and am more than satisfied and look forward to continuing treatment with her. She was very genuine and truly wanted to help. I always felt prejudged and felt like other doctors were just going through the motions and checking boxes. She was very clear and transparent about working with me and finding a solution that would work for me and only me because everyone is different. Her outlook has given me hope in the system and taken away much of my anxiety already just based on that.

I have been looking for a psychiatrist that works well with me for months. I was able to book an appointment in one day!
I wish I started off with Dr. Pendos from the beginning. It would have saved me so much time and headache. She was understanding, helpful, and a great listener.

I had a good session with the doctor after a bit of technical difficulties getting connected. I was advised that I would receive a call shortly after my appointment to set up testing etc. I never received that call. That was almost a week ago. I thought this was going to be somewhere I could get some help and I hope it still can be but now I’m not as hopeful. I’ve called the office and left a detailed message but I await a call back.

I felt genuinely heard, which is rare and incredibly important—especially when it comes to ADHD. She made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
