Dr. Pilania is a wonderful provider. He takes the time to listen and really understand your concerns, never making you feel rushed. He explains everything clearly and walks you through each step so you always feel comfortable and informed. He’s punctual, attentive, and it’s clear he truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!

It is very difficult to find providers as sincere and have the bed side manner like Dr. Pilania. Excellent listener, cares about your concerns, takes the time to get to the bottom of what things that are most concerning to you. Very prompt and was very thorough in communicating regarding treatment plan and next steps.

Dr. Pilania is very approachable, and he allowed a safe and nonjudgmental environment for me to express my concerns and frustration about an incorrect diagnosis and erroneous treatment plan from a different provider. Its so refreshing after doctors pushed me off for months. Now I have clarification on my health issues and they might be resolved soon (hopefully) . From the very first appointment, they took the time to really listen and understand my experiences instead of rushing to conclusions. I was very pleased with my initial visit and felt quite a bit of relief to finally be heard. My questions were answered and clarified. All questions I was asked were a fair assessment. It was very easy to talk and I felt very comfortable. I was made to feel comfortable if I needed to reach out and my situation was taken into consideration. It truly couldn’t have gone better.

I am so fortunate to have worked with Mihaela Pendos CRNP. I was experiencing a crisis created by a previous provider, and Mihaela welcomed me with so much kindness and understanding. Her knowledge is apparent, which left me at ease when asking any questions. This is the kind of provider who works hard to understand you and help you.

When I was looking for a new doctor to fill the medication i was already on, I wasn’t looking for anything specific in which doctor I was going to choose, however Ms. pendos immediately stood out to me for whatever reason, i just had a good feeling about her and thats why I chose her. Im glad i did because my instinct was right. The appointment went better than i ever expected, and she made it feel more personal and comfortable by the questions she asked and how genuinely she seemed to care. I haven't found a doctor I've felt this comfortable with since the provider i was seeing for over 2 years was no longer able to fill my prescription due to new laws instated within her practice, which left no choice but to find another. Even the ones ive seen after, that were in the same practice ive been with for so long, didnt feel as thorough, caring and genuine as she has during my first appointment and i look forward to seeing her again this month. I highly recommend booking with her!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Dr. Pendos saw that I was having trouble and literally COLLOABORATED with me on a treatment plan. She heard me, I felt seen and cared for. This is huge because as an African American young woman, I am not often heard by providers and pushed off. Not by Dr. Pendos, she did everything she said she would do and had me feeling a little better by this weekend with the plan we came up with. Thank you! If I had a million tongues I will say it a million times more.
