Excellent service. I decided to move to Dr. Gibby (Hope) for 3 reasons: 1. Much closer to home than my last dentist; 2. Great interaction over the phone with Abby (office manager?); and 3. I received their flyer which corrected my misperception that Hope Implants was strictly offering implant services. Not true; they offer the full range of dental services.

This was one of the best Dental office experiences that I've had. By happenstance, I ended up getting there almost a full hour early. They saw me right away rather than letting me wait. Everyone had a very pleasing bedside manner and gave the impression that they really cared for my well being.

In the past past, I have had terrible experiences with my previous Dental Care and was very hesitant about going however the call I received the day before from the receptionist changed my mind. She was the sweetest person and I felt comfortable talking with her, she was very reassuring and my appointment the next day was amazing!!! I felt seen and heard and all my anxiety went through the door, Scheduled next month for a procedure and I am feeling fine no fears!!!! Thank you so much!!!

However, I found Dr. Gibby on Florida Blue's website and noticed how highly rated he was by his patients and I couldn't agree more, I am so happy with my choice. The office is bright, cheery and relaxing.
Dr Gibby and his entire staff were professional, very knowledgeable and most of all friendly. I felt as though I had been a patient for years.
