The most unprofessional healthcare provider I’ve ever come across. I never received the 3rd party link to join the call and the day of they didn’t answer their phones. They later got back to me stating that they don’t see patients on the weekends, yet it was a Friday. They manage their own schedules so they could’ve blocked it off if they weren’t going to be available. I gave them a second chance and they still didn’t join the call but had me fill out the patient intake forms. The level of unprofessional and carelessness is unbelievable.

I am unsure if the reason for the appointment not happening was due to it being christmas eve, even tho her schedule on this app allowed me to make this appt in advance. i was not contacted prior stating the appointment date wasn’t available nor did she show up to it period. i’m sure she is lovely otherwise but i wouldn’t know.

The NP was I'll and in the emergency room when I contacted her this morning. The reason I called was because I didn't receive the email expected this morning for the appointment. She answered the phone and explained she would contact me later to reschedule. She sounded pretty ill so I didn't hold her long. I'm still waiting to hear how she's doing.

Dr. Anujeh so far exceeded my expectations above and beyond. I’ve had two prior legitimate 5-star psychiatrists. The first appointment with a new doctor after a long time span with another is usually a bit for more stressful. Based on my 1st appointment experience she deserves 10 stars. Her calming energy and soothing speech are two of her special therapeutic ingredients. How often do you look forward to your next psychiatrist appointment?

I have had three separate appointments made with this practitioner. She did not show up for any of the appointments. The first one she message me to reschedule for the following day, and I have tried to contact her multiple times without any communication. I never had the visit and had to find another provider. This is awful And would never suggest booking an appointment with this provider
