Hope Haven Therapy provides care to teens, adults, couples, and families, addressing trauma of all types, grief, loss, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, divorce adjustment, healthy boundaries, codependency, spiritual abuse, & other difficulties.
As a breast cancer survivor, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, offering compassion and resilience to my clients.
I hold certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional, Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, Youth Mental Health Specialist, and Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist.
I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
I use Brainspotting and EMDR, highly effective methods for treating trauma and PTSD. My approach also blends multiple other evidence-based therapies, tailoring my methods to meet each client’s unique needs. I also offer one-day and multi-day therapy intensives, allowing you to experience more rapid progress in your growth.
I am passionate about fostering hope, healing, and personal transformation, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your current challenges. Reach out, and we will work together to bring the changes you desire!
