At Hope Health and Wellness, I believe psychiatric care should be collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take the time to understand each patient’s symptoms, concerns, goals, medical history, and life circumstances before developing a treatment plan.
My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education and supportive therapy. I want patients to understand not only what we are treating, but why a particular treatment is being recommended. When appropriate, I also incorporate lifestyle factors, coping strategies, and practical tools that can support long-term mental wellness.
I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other common psychiatric concerns. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
Appointments are available through telehealth, with in-person visits available when clinically appropriate or required.

Honestly would not recommend. None of the forms that I took a lot of time filling out were read. She spoke very negatively about the medication I was current taking and prescribed by two separate doctors. She left me hanging without another good alternative. Also, I spent time to send over the other doctor references which were ignored or nothing was acted upon. Do not waste your time. Also, random but did not look anything like the photo...

Overall I got what I needed from the appointment which was a prescription refill for medication I’ve been taking for a year. However, I did not like some things she mentioned/advised that weren’t pertinent to my mental health and meditation.
