Welcome to Hope Health Care Solutions. Your partner in psychiatric medication care.
We specialize in medication management for adults (ages 18 to 64) navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, postpartum challenges, and other mental health conditions. Our goal is to help you feel better with safe, effective treatment tailored to your needs.
Led by Dr. Sandy Hussain, DNP, a board-certified Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, our New Jersey, based practice offers both in-person and virtual appointments.
Whether you're visiting our West Orange office or connecting from home, work or school, we focus on making your experience seamless, respectful, and empowering.
We currently serve clients located in New Jersey only.
Please note: We do not offer therapy or counseling services. Our care is centered on psychiatric evaluations and medication support.

In‑Person Visit Requirement for Certain Prescriptions:
New Jersey requires an in‑person first appointment before starting any Schedule II treatment. After this initial visit, all follow‑up appointments may be completed through telehealth, unless you prefer to come in person. To stay compliant with state regulations, patients must also complete one in‑person visit each year.
These guidelines apply to all Schedule II treatments commonly used for ADHD. Please note that regulations may change based on updates from the DEA, the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, the Board of Nursing, and the Board of Medical Examiners. Our practice will continue to adjust as new guidance becomes available.

As a university student, and someone who had an insurance change during the time I was seeing Dr. Hussain, I had a few additional things I needed assistance with outside of our standard care. Any time I needed a formal letter to get my school accommodations renewed, for instance, I was impressed by how easy it was to reach her and how quickly she would get back to me and provide what was needed.
