As someone who's Pakistani, I don't really book with people of my own culture since they can be judgemental. He told me I was overweight, which, yeah, my bmi is obvious, but you don't need to say it bluntly. He was the stereotypical "You're young, so you're healthy." I also asked to be TESTED for ADHD. He immediately decided to prescribe me Adderall. I didn't say anything about being medication. Overall, just judgmental, but the worst part is he didn't hang up, and I ended hearing another patients medical information. The nurse was so sweet, and I felt bad that she had to deal with a doctor like that.

The appointment I made through ZocDoc was never "confirmed", but they booked me another appointment for the next week. It was very unclear how the telehealth appointment would work beforehand as they never reached out. When I was finally able to get an appointment nothing was organized and I couldn't understand what the doctor was saying because the audio quality was very low. I was unable to get a medication prescribed that I had been on for 6 years. I don't know why because I couldn't understand anything.

I couldn't understand the doctor or I believe the nurse that was with him I also have to prove that I am on Suboxone and he's making very difficult I don't know why he can't just see it in the New York State I stop which is very weird. I don't know why he can't just accept a pharmacy print out of my medication it shows everything I take inside he needs something for my doctor which is extremely strange because I haven't seen my doctor that's why I came to him and I can't even understand him

Had a virtual call, and I could truly barely understand what he was saying unfortunately … also wouldn’t send my meds to a different pharmacy without another appointment, which I didn’t want to do because the first one was so difficult. They also scheduled unnecessary follow ups without my knowledge or confirmation and would call and leave my voicemails

I liked the last healthcare person I saw. He clearly told me the cause of a distracting problem was not what I was hoping . I miss my old doctor. He told me every visit to wear sunscreen, wear Uv lenses.

For telehealth, he calls you sometime in a 4 hour window. would have much preferred an exact time on zoom - otherwise, impersonal and a bit disrespectful of my time. he also couldn't hear well on the phone and kept yelling over to a receptionist and i wasn't always clear when he was speaking to me. I won't be back.

This office is terrible now that’s only telemedicine. I call all the time , I even faxed dr left me without medication a long period of time because he calls 11-6 pm no one know when he will call, after hours I called there some one said to stop calling no dr affice, supposed go routine blood work however I got there had no order , called office they said they couldn’t find me !???

hard to hear doctor on the phone. was called by office day before appointment asking for pharmacy despite filling it out online. was called the day after as well asking for the pharmacy. not sure why I had to give that information so many times but had appointment 6 days ago, still hasn't sent prescriptions.
Appointment was for 1130, by 1230 i still didnt get a phone call. called office saying I had appointment scheduled for an hour before and a few minutes later I got the call.
Recently lost my insurance and couldn't find psych who accepted medicaid, which is why i saw him. My prescription was for ADHD, a controlled substance I have been on for 5 years and he was judgmental, saying people abuse it. I work in medicine and know this can easily be verified on the prescription monitoring website. Finally nurse or whoever was with him said that she sees when it was last filled. he said he would send only 15 days worth.
wouldnt recommend.

This is worst experience ever !!!!! I take suboxone been sick , secretaries yell at me I speak to dr he never bothered to put in my meds at all after missing 3 calls it’s not okay to do thsi to people especially they are sick , I even called his office 2 hours after call and faxed !!!!!!!!!! Now closed can’t reach him !!! Ty DICTOR

Dr Syed is very sweet. He listened to my concerns and was able to fill my prescriptions that day! Made him my PCP now! Him and his staff were extremely helpful to me! Will definitely be returning!(did my visit over phone bc dr only does telehealth nowadays!)which was perfect for me because I don’t drive. Overall great dr and great experience !
