HOPE Therapy Group is a Los Angeles based, trauma-informed counseling practice dedicated to empowering individuals, couples and families through the process of psychotherapy to EMBRACE what is, DISCOVER what is within, HEAL from what was and HOPE for what is to come.
HOPE for Individuals:
Your therapist will help to create a safe, non-judgmental space. We take a holistic approach in exploring symptoms, problems, and strengths as they apply to home, family, work / school, and social life. Our job as therapists is to instill hope when it feels far away.
HOPE for Couples:
We work to create a safe space to identify negative interaction cycles and / or seek transformative growth through goals set by the couple. Goals can include developing healthier ways of communicating, setting boundaries and expectations, and dealing with conflict. We can provide tools and techniques to address your needs and have specialists trained in evidence based models including The Gottman Method.
HOPE for Families:
Hope Family Therapy explores how each member plays a vital role in the family and seeks to improve interactions in a safe space. During therapy, we not only identify problems and difficulties in relationships, but the strengths and identity of the family and each individual member.
HOPE for Children:
HOPE child therapy explores emotions, thoughts, and actions in a variety of ways based upon the developmental age and need. Treatment can include art therapy, play therapy and more.
Therapy is a commitment of time, energy and financial resources. Our current fees are as follows:
- Counseling sessions: $120 - $155
- Patients with insurance: co-pay, if applicable
