I recently had a video visit with DNP Charity unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Although she was on time, her camera was angled towards the door all the time .I didn't see her, she didn't see me at all. Throughout the visit, her communication was unclear, unprofessional, at one point, she muted herself to speak on the phone with someone else. She ask me for blood work, which i provided and start to review, give me advices without even asking a reason I'm there. She couldn't prescribe medication, she told me I would need to come into the office for a prescription, which left me questioning the purpose of the video visit, as it seems like an unnecessary second appointment and insurance charge. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and that my time wasn’t respected.
