Hopeful Minds Therapy, LLC

I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and relational challenges. My clinical approach integrates EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed skills, and mindfulness-based interventions to support clients in understanding their experiences and developing practical tools for change. I work from a strengths-based and collaborative framework, focusing on helping clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier coping patterns at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Treatment is tailored to each person’s needs and may include addressing borderline personality disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood instability, anger, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. A core focus of my practice is supporting clients in understanding how past experiences may be impacting present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I place strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, grounding skills, and developing a sense of internal safety, especially for individuals with trauma histories or chronic stress. Sessions are structured yet flexible, combining insight-oriented work with skill-building so clients can both process underlying issues and apply strategies in daily life. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help clients improve emotional stability, strengthen relationships, and increase confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
