Hopes for Healing Counseling and Consulting, PLLC focuses on providing an accepting, affirming, inclusive, and diverse perspective and environment to serve the needs of our clients as they embark on a journey toward mental health. Using modalities that include Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, and Geek Therapy, we seek to provide a welcoming, client-focused environment in which our clients can feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions as we work through presenting issues. Our focus populations include: - Those on a cancer journey - Those diagnosed/living with HIV - The LGBTQIA+ community, with emphasis on working with the transgender community Reach out and allow us to walk along with you as you travel this path to mental health.
