Horizon Dermatology & Primary Care Medical Clinic
At Horizon Dermatology/Cosmetic Center & Horizon Primary Care Medical Clinic, we provide comprehensive Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology services by our Board Certified Dermatologists and PAs, as well as comprehensive Primary Care Medical services by our Board Certified Family Practice Physicians and PAs.
We offer advanced acne treatment, mole removal, skin cancer screening and treatment, and treatment for rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, and other chronic rashes, as well as cosmetic dermatology services such as Botox, dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Voluma, and Radiesse, laser skin treatments such as Mixto Fractional skin resurfacing, , Medlight laser for tattoo removal and facial brown spots, IPL, physician grade chemical peels, and Coolsculpting.
We also offer comprehensive Primary Care Medical Services such as Annual Physical Exams, Annual GYN/Pap Exams, STD testing, and Urgent/Acute and as well as Chronic General Medicine/Primary Care Medicine concerns by our Board Certified Family Practice Physicians and PAs.
We welcome you to make an appointment with one of our providers and greatly look forward to seeing you soon in our office. We also need to make you aware of our no-show and cancelation policy: patients who no-show for their appointment, or cancel after 24 hours of making their appointment, will be charged a "no-show/late cancellation" fee of $75.

At my appointment, David Cole came in not Dr Cooley and was EXTREMELY rude. He said “so what brings you in here, acne? wow you have ALOT of bumps, you need acutane”. I declined as it is too intense on your body. He offered another pill/topical. When i asked for a recommended wash/moisturizer to go with it he said “no cleaning is going to fix all of this but you can see what we have here”. I didnt say more/ask the other questions I had as I was extremely uncomfortable. He then had the assistant take photos of my face without asking. After, I asked her why I didnt see Dr Cooley & she said that she doesnt work there/the dr isnt guaranteed. i shared i prefer to see females & he was very intense towards me. I couldnt say more as I was trying not to cry. She “apologized” & said that I could find a dr. elsewhere. The second I left I had a full blown panic attack. I have struggled with this for a years & am very insecure. I was coming for help & spent a lot to get bullied instead of compassion

The conversation with the doctor felt very rushed and dismissive. I felt as if my questions were not fully being heard or answered. The door also kept opening while I was in the examining position which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Great office. very quiet and calm. clean restroom and patient rooms Staff was very friendly. They were running behind but checked in with me multiple times during the wait, letting me know any updates and how many patients were ahead of me. They were very clear with expectations and procedures. Information given to me was clear and easy to understand.

Everyone there was awesome!
First time seeing dermatologist with new insurance and everything went easy and they addressed all my issues and listened to my concerns. Suggested a treatment plan and we’re very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Definitely keeping them for my dermatology needs.
