I understand that life’s challenges don’t always fit into a 9-to-5 schedule, which is why I currently offer online sessions through Headway during evenings and weekends — making it easier for you to access the support you need at a time that works best for you. I proudly accept insurance and private (cash pay) options to make therapy as accessible as possible. My goal is to provide a safe and confidential virtual space where you can explore your goals, build coping skills, and move toward hope and growth at your own pace.
