My visit to the PCP office was excellent. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The office itself was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The doctor was informative and took the time to listen to my concerns, making me feel heard and understood. I can’t say enough about Dr. B and her staff, I literally laughed my whole visit, in my 36 years I never experienced such a through and professional exam! I can’t stop talking about my visit! For the moment I walked into the office I felt this immediate welcoming lovely atmosphere. Paris the receptionist just had a bright smile and was super sweet. The other ladies were also very nice. The doctor was also very sweet and took her time explaining everything. She was very informative and broke down everything and made sure I had no questions. I go back in 2 weeks to see my lab results and I have no doubt that she will have a whole plan to help me.

After a few weeks of preparation, I started ketamine treatment today. This is done under N.P. Borelli's strict supervision. I've been so "stuck" for so long. I can't believe how liberating this first treatment has been. I felt safe, secure and I have hope for my future!
