Too much waiting time even after blocking an appointment
I don’t appreciate that, as a working individual I couldn’t get back to work on time because of delays of more than one hour after appointment time!

doctor has no resources aside from her phone flash light. went in for reoccurring severe ear pain as well as headache and she only checked my throat with a phone flashlight and asked me questions prescribed medication. no effort.

Dr. Reddy was honest and she listened to me. She asked a lot of questions and didn't assume she knew what was wrong before sending me for labs and a follow up appointment.

I read some of the negative reviews but I’m glad that didn’t detour me away from seeing Dr. Reddy, I can say for a fact she is a good listener, gave great advice, overall experience was great. I have been struggling to find me a primary doctor in the Houston area that I trust and now I don’t need to look any further, I will be back to reschedule all my future appointments with their office and staff.

It was uncomfortable because she asked me all of the screening questions and I had to explain myself out loud. Then she was quick to jump to solutions. There wasn't any natural relationship building. Also the appt began 30 minutes late.
