He spent the visit insisting that I snore (I don’t), claimed I don’t have allergies (I do), and told me not to take medication that he prescribed a refill for. I am also supposed to follow up in 2-3 weeks, but also in exactly three weeks, is “this” keeps up (he did not explain what “this” was).
I was supposed to see him the day before, but his office called to cancel while I was doing a breathing treatment, which meant I had to miss even more work the day of this appointment.
I’m still not sure whether his office will take my insurance.

Was hands down the best first appointment I’ve e er had. Wait was maybe 5 minutes if that before I saw the Dr. He answered all my questions and gave me a referral to a Dr for a sleep study. Explained what procedures he could perform to help me. Over all exceptional experience.

I recently visited Dr. Ridley for an ENT consultation, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Dr. Ridley took the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely thorough in both the examination and explanation of my condition. Their expertise and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I left the appointment feeling confident in the treatment plan.
What stood out to me the most was Dr. Ridley's ability to communicate complex medical information in a way that was easy to understand, which is incredibly important. They also ensured all my questions were answered and that I felt supported throughout the process.

The staff was great. As soon as you walk in the door the experience is on point. Dr. Ridley do a great job of explaining the trouble I had created and had a good plan on how to correct my sinus issues. He does a great job of listening and talking through any issues.

The Doctor took excellent care of me and explained the process in detail very carefully and he made sure I understood each step that he was going to take. Since I was a little nervous, he gave me extra numbing medication in my nostrils so that I would not feel the sensation of the scope equipment entering my nose to my throat. It was a great experience. The procedure was not uncomfortable at all and I did not feel a thing because of the extra numbing medication that was given. Yes I definitely would recommend this Dr to all my friends and family.
