I had a great experience with Dr. Queen and a thorough eye checkup.
The technician and doctor were very thorough. The wait time was awful, especially since I had a 1 p.m., but it will not deter me from going back. I DID feel "listened too" and every question I asked was answered. The only thing I did NOT appreciate was the check in setup. There IS NO privacy being with the current setup! The office and exam room were clean. My only suggestion is for hand sanitizer to be in room and it be used before and after interacting with patients. If this is done, I didn't notice.
