The office staff at Houston Methodist - Woodlands Sports Medicine were friendly and professional with an organized process to get people checked in and back to the exam rooms. The team in the x-ray room were very efficient and courteous in the way they explained the process and got me into the proper position. Dr Marc Labbe was a great communicator and clearly explained my condition and the treatment program. I will recommend him and his team to friends and family.

Great team. Insurance info was double checked, wait time was advised, I was ushered into a treatment room, updated my medical history, moved to X-ray for four plates, met with the doctor (great visit-physical tests, discussion of procedures and goals, discussion of follow ups and further evaluation), given my scripts for PT and drugs and back to my vehicle inside of 40 minutes. I felt like an Indy car driver at a pit stop…well cared for without the wait. By the time I was five miles from the medical center, I had received my appointment for a follow up mri.
This is an expert team of motivated professionals.

The PA listened carefully to my problems. She gave me excellent advice on things to do to help me heal well. She also explained what I'd need to do if the advice given me didn't help. She was very kind and understanding.

Overall, I had great experience for having to visit the doctor for an injury. The lobby was clean, the people were decent, and the staff was friendly and prompt. I was called in right away by a lovely young lady that walked me to my room. The PA visited with me, listened to me ramble, and did a thorough evaluation before giving me treatment options. Luckily, the options were truly optional. I felt comfortable, and respected. Great staff, clean hospital.
