Listens closely, explains. Very thorough with making a correct diagnosis with testing versus physicians who just put things out there or push to the next specialist. I am thankful to have had this interaction, knowing that I will be treated correctly moving forward.

I was in need of seeing an ortho doctor and Zocdoc connected me with Dr. Schupp. Totally glad I went to see him. Great listener and communicator. Shows genuine concern for your well-being and gives great and digestible information. On top of that, the office staff was very friendly and very polite. Will definitely see him as needed.

I can respect that a doctor wants to help with directions that he feels are best, but I don’t feel very respected when my own legitimate requests based on my own past experiences are dismissed immediately.

Great physician. Listened to my concerns, was straightforward with answers and did not encourage unnecessary treatments or followups. Staff was great and very timely appointment.

Dr. Schupp was thorough and extremely helpful. He setup a 3-step plan for me starting with PT stretches. I am very pleased with the office staff, they were all super nice and knowledgeable!

Dr. Schupp was incredibly engaging and a pleasure to see. I had previously attended another physician within the past two weeks for the same issue (I was receiving a second opinion) and the difference between the two doctors was night and day. Dr. Schupp fully explained the issue, the next steps, etc. and I felt like I had his full attention the whole time (i.e., I was not rushed out the door). He was thorough and informative and I appreciated the entire process.
