I am so appreciative of Dr. Wooldridge's attentiveness & concern. I have managed chronic neck pain for a very long time & while many providers seemed to shrug off that that was just my new reality, Dr. Wooldridge mentioned several next steps that we could take based on how my body responded to various treatment options. She was focused on resolving my pain not just finding a temporary band-aid and that is so reassuring.

Dr. Gillian was great and thorough - she addressed things about my stride and knee movement that I’ve known about but never been able to name. Everyone who worked on the orthopedic floor was kind and welcoming. I walked away with a pretty holistic prescription. Low stars on wait time only because the hospital had a hard time finding and approving my insurance even though it’s accepted, but that could’ve been a tech issue on both sides - staff was supportive here, though!
