For personal reasons, I would feel more comfortable if my appointment were conducted privately with only my doctor present. I was not aware that I had to make such request, nor did he ask for my permission to have present of medical student or residents.

Today, I had the most perfect doctor's office visit at Dr. Rivers' clinic. Upon arrival, I easily checked in at the kiosk and took a seat in the waiting room. Almost immediately, I received text notifications, keeping me informed about my appointment. Within five minutes, I was called in to see Dr. Rivers. The entire experience was remarkably smooth and efficient—definitely the best doctor's visit I've ever had.
My experience with Dr. Rivers and staff was excellent. Dr. Rivers eased my apprehension about a procedure needed. The procedure was as expected.
