For personal reasons, I would feel more comfortable if my appointment were conducted privately with only my doctor present. I was not aware that I had to make such request, nor did he ask for my permission to have present of medical student or residents.

Today, I had the most perfect doctor's office visit at Dr. Rivers' clinic. Upon arrival, I easily checked in at the kiosk and took a seat in the waiting room. Almost immediately, I received text notifications, keeping me informed about my appointment. Within five minutes, I was called in to see Dr. Rivers. The entire experience was remarkably smooth and efficient—definitely the best doctor's visit I've ever had.

Came to dr hicks for a second opinion after seeing another orthopedist last year, after seeing the X-rays he had an explanation for my pain & scheduled an MRI. The other orthopedist didn’t even hint at wanting to schedule an MRI.

I wish doctor could spend a little more time with me since it's my first time seeing him. He could explain something about the cause of my symptom and arthritis and what older patients need to take care of themselves in their daily lives.

Dr Vann listened to my issues and explained what my concern was -regarding to and how to take care of the issue.
Dr Vann explained the surgical procedure, recovery time as well as what I could expect following surgery and getting back to my daily routine.
When I asked about his surgery schedule, he advised me that his surgical scheduler would be in touch with me soon to discuss possible dates.

Dr. Phan listened to my concerns. He made sure I understood everything about my diagnosis and allowed me to ask questions. I wasn’t excited about the diagnosis and he too the time to reassure me that all was well. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I really appreciated him treating me as a patient instead of rushing me out and collecting his fee.
