I’m so glad I chose this doctor! She was immediately warm, welcoming and kind. She was also very professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I needed a new doctor because I got new insurance so this was for a new patient/annual physical visit. I will definitely be back annually and for any illnesses. Highly recommend!

I came to see Dr. Pottkotter as a new patient for my annual physical. I felt like my previous PCP didn’t listen to me, didn’t take my concerns seriously, and didn’t allow me to have agency in my own healthcare. Dr. Pottkotter was the exact opposite. She took time to sit with me, listen to all of my questions and concerns, and give me advice and guidance without any judgment or insensitivity.
I have SA trauma and some of my health concerns were related to that. When i’ve spoken to doctors in the past about my history of SA trauma, they’ve asked me unnecessary questions or made insensitive comments about it. Dr. Pottkotter handled my SA trauma perfectly. She did not react when I mentioned it, and spoke to me with gentleness and sensitivity about my health concerns related to it, without prying into the traumatic events themselves. If you’re an SA survivor, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Pottkotter for your medical needs.

I really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Kosarac. She was friendly, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I appreciated that she came up with a clear game plan to help resolve my pain and explained everything in depth. I was seen within 10 minutes of being there, and the office, as well as its staff, is really nice and is in an upscale area. Overall really please and will be using her as my primary care physician going forward.

Pleasantly surprised my wait time was only 5 minutes. Great start!! Staff in front was kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Una Kosarac was soooo great. I’ve been trying to find a PCP that I like for a long time. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. While being very honest about some things discussed which I found very helpful. The nurse I had Martha was also great and provided me a tetanus shot. Would definitely recommend Dr. Una Kosarac and her staff

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kosarac as my primary care physician, and I have to say that she exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Kosarac took the time to listen to my concerns, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was just another patient.
What impressed me the most about Dr. Kosarac was her patience, thoughtfulness, and understanding. She asked me detailed questions about my health history and current symptoms, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and wellbeing, and that she was truly invested in finding the best course of treatment for me.

Dr Kosarac was smart, friendly, professional, and punctual. She asked me plenty of questions to get to the source of my complaint, and explained what she assumed it was, making sure to define the trickier medical terms so I understood thoroughly. She ordered a battery of tests and I got the results by literally the next day.

I went to the PA for help with my acne. She wanted to refer me to a dermatologist. It makes no since at all. Why see me if you cannot help with basic acne problems and told me to keep doing the regime that caused tue acne in the first place. I’ve never had a PA do this before. I was confident using a PA, but now all confidence is lost and I question why go in at all Plus I had to pay for a visit. Next time I will only see the actual dr.
