I’m so glad I chose this doctor! She was immediately warm, welcoming and kind. She was also very professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I needed a new doctor because I got new insurance so this was for a new patient/annual physical visit. I will definitely be back annually and for any illnesses. Highly recommend!

I came to see Dr. Pottkotter as a new patient for my annual physical. I felt like my previous PCP didn’t listen to me, didn’t take my concerns seriously, and didn’t allow me to have agency in my own healthcare. Dr. Pottkotter was the exact opposite. She took time to sit with me, listen to all of my questions and concerns, and give me advice and guidance without any judgment or insensitivity. I have SA trauma and some of my health concerns were related to that. When i’ve spoken to doctors in the past about my history of SA trauma, they’ve asked me unnecessary questions or made insensitive comments about it. Dr. Pottkotter handled my SA trauma perfectly. She did not react when I mentioned it, and spoke to me with gentleness and sensitivity about my health concerns related to it, without prying into the traumatic events themselves. If you’re an SA survivor, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Pottkotter for your medical needs.

She was very pleasant and warm, while still keeping the conversation on track and getting all the basic information about my physical status and medical history. The labcorp tech was also friendly. The doctor’s assistant was great- extremely courteous, warm, and a great listener. Unfortunately the one thing that I’ve heard from others which turned out to be true was her front desk receptionist was a nightmare. Unfriendly and treated you like you were a criminal just by walking through the door while putting your mask on and respecting their office wishes. Was on her phone as she shouted “have a nice night!” As I left- very cold. Front desk staff is everything.
