Great place. I was checked in at 1:47 and was in a room before 2. I immediately felt comfortable with the Nurse and Doctor. Spoke to the Doctor, done tests, and was out by 2:45. Everyone was nice and welcoming and explained everything step by step before I signed anything.

I went to go see Dr. Lacour for an annual physical and she was beyond amazing! Usually after the nurse leaves you have to wait a long time
for the doctor but she came in after about 5 minutes. She made me feel so welcome and safe. Dr. Lacour addressed all my concerns and didn't dismiss me at all. 10/10 visit and would highly recommend Dr. Lacour!!

We came to Houston Methodist Primary Care to follow Dr Audrey Lacour. She has been our primary care physician for many years in her own practice and she is the best doctor we ever had!

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Armida Celeste Gavino, MD. She was very positive, warm, and took the time to explain everything in depth, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. I appreciated how transparent she was about the purpose behind different medical interventions and why certain steps were necessary.
The entire staff was just as welcoming. The front desk team was kind and patient, even taking extra time to help me understand the hospitals courtesy policy and making me aware of other detail potentially important to a new patient. The nurse was also very personable and made the experience feel genuine and human.
Overall, I received very considerate, thorough care from start to finish. Dr. Gavino also recommended appropriate specialists and clarified next steps in a way that made the process easy to understand. I felt supported the entire time. Highly recommend.

A little overwhelming when I first arrived to the check in/waiting area, so big and a lot of people. But check in was a breeze and the wait was very short, barely had time to make a coffee. Once the asst called me back I only waited a minute till the Dr came in. I felt like I was talking to a friend. The visit was everything I was hoping for, already recommending to my friends.
