The office contacted us and everything seemed good to go. We waited for 30 minutes in a virtual waiting room, just to be told information that SHOULD have been relayed to us before we ever got onto the video call. This was a ridiculous WASTE OF TIME for people who are clearly NEEDING CARE. Moving forward the app/website and these admins should inform guests prior to GETTING ON A VIDEO CALL. So many people failed to due their due diligence and it results in really unhappy guests.

My PCP was extremely caring and understanding. She listened to all my issues and explained everything to me that I may have not understood. Immediately addressed my concerns with all necessary scheduled procedures and a follow-up. She was thorough and made me feel welcomed, and so did the staff. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to feeling better under her guidance and care!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Nadir Mulla today, and I am incredibly impressed. The entire clinic was spotless and immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Mulla himself took the time to review my history thoroughly, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. His exceptional bedside manner completely won me over, and I absolutely plan to see him going forward.

Dr. Barthelemy was the best doctor I have ever seen. She truly listened to me and even took her time getting to know me. She built up so much trust in our appointment: she asked me over and over again if there was anything else that I was concerned about. It felt like we were on the same team, just trying to make sure that I am healthy. I really appreciated her concern for my mental health, some doctors just treat the body, but it was evident that she was interested in everything related to my health. As long as I have this insurance (and maybe if I don't), I will never go to another PCP.
TLDR, 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nimra Pasha is amazing. I love this doctor! She is so thorough. She listens. She was concerned and quickly coordinated care for me. Her staff is awesome, and everyone is so patient. I really enjoyed my visit. She broke everything down into very simple terms that I could understand. She's a wonderful doctor.
