I highly recommend Dr Windsen Pan. During my office visit, he was considerate, personable and very attentive to multiple forms of patient input. He demonstrated a multi-facet, medical & scientific knowledge base; plus, his evaluation was proficient, efficient and thorough. Additionally, every staff member that I observed in this Methodist facility was extraordinarily competent in taking care of patient needs. Everyone was friendly, and patient appointments were on-time. Their personal and professional behaviors mirrored Dr Pan's high-quality standards.

Entering I was impressed by how quick someone came and helped you. Admin lady was very sweet. Sat down and then got up because that’s how quickly I was called in. The young lady who took me in was so sweet and kind, heard me out and made me feel safe. I don’t like blood draws and came in helped calm me down throughout it all. Dr. Pan amazing. Perfection. I felt heard. I felt he hit all the points I would want from a yearly. Very professional and loved him as a doctor.

We recently moved and needed to find a new Primary Care doctor in the area. We decided on Dr. Pan and the first appointment was an extremely positive experience. He appears to believe, as I do, that finding answers and help doesn't necessarily mean adding new meds. He proposed a treatment plan that included several paths to try to help me. I got right in at the time my appointment was scheduled and felt that he was unhurried, thorough, and very personably professional. I liked and respected him.

Overall, great staff, nurse, dr and Phlebotomy technician. I’m really glad that I finally went, it’s something I’ve been delaying too long due to fear.
More than anything, it’s my first step to be better about my wellness/health.

The facilities are clean and modern. They are following COVID-19 precaution protocols, and the staff are efficient, friendly and welcoming. I barely sat down after checking in, when I was called to see the doctor. Doctor Belmund was awesome and I honestly felt relaxed, his bedside manners were great! I definitely recommend him to others.

I honestly didn’t know what to think, my first doctors appointment since the pandemic and I didn’t know what to expect, especially being comfortable with a new doctor! The nurse broke the ice and was extremely helpful and brought my blood pressure down, the doctor was the icing on the cake. Very professional and attentive, I was in and out!
