Doctor Jackson was great! He listened to my concerns and helped and guided me to decide my next steps. He shared very valuable details about my health that I was not even aware of. Any procedures done at a Methodist Hospital facility had details about my visits and he was able to explain the results in detail. He ordered labs and had referrals for specialists I need to see ready before I left the office. He also responded extremely promptly to my messages in My Chart, the health care portal. I have great confidence in his abilities and I felt that he truly cares about my wellbeing. He also has a great bedside manner that put me at ease! I highly recommend him. I am so glad to have him as my Primary Care Doctor!

I followed Dr Jackson to this new practice for a reason. His communication skills and listening is excellent. Seems trivial, but many doctors struggle with some of these soft skills when trying to relay Important medical Information to the average person. He is very thorough it shows that he truly cares about his patients and their well being. I always recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.

He showed the wrong assumption of me. I tried to tell him about my problem regarding prescription Xanax, before I finished my sentence he ask if I was there to get Xanax. I told him no. Every time I mentioned something he corrected me. I would not go back if he were my doctor.
Dr. Jackson listened to all of my concerns and approached each one thoroughly and with care. He took his time and did not rush my appointment. I felt like he truly listened to everything I said and took the time to layout a game plan.
My first appointment with Dr. Jackson could not have been better. He was friendly and very interested in my health. I will certainly see him again.
